These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 32slotspk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 32slotspk website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 32slotspk. Registering duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or using family members' details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your account on 32slotspk, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate and truthful information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Keeping your login credentials (username, password) confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person.
• Notifying 32slotspk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your contact information, including your Pakistani mobile number, up to date. Verification codes and security alerts are sent to the registered number.

32slotspk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where those losses result from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All deposits and account balances on 32slotspk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Details of current limits are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier and verified account status. You may request multiple withdrawals per day subject to your account limits.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and previously used for deposits, unless you have completed enhanced identity verification.
• If you have an active bonus with an uncleared wagering requirement, your real-money balance may be withdrawn but the bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon requesting a withdrawal.
• 32slotspk reserves the right to apply a withdrawal hold of up to 24 hours on accounts flagged for unusual activity during routine security review. Players are informed promptly when this occurs.
• Any applicable withholding taxes as required under Pakistani law are the responsibility of the player.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 32slotspk are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General rules applying to all 32slotspk bonuses:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per verified player account. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus on a second account will result in both accounts being closed.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated on the relevant promotion.

All games on 32slotspk use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel within the 32slotspk lobby.

For live dealer games, decisions are made by human dealers in real time and streamed via high-definition video. Any hardware, software or connectivity failure that interrupts a live casino round will result in a round-cancellation and refund of all bets placed in the affected round, unless the round outcome has already been determined and is confirmed in the server log.

32slotspk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requires account suspension or asset freeze.
• The account holder has not completed required identity verification within the time specified by 32slotspk.
• The account has been inactive (no login and no balance) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 32slotspk support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after clearing all active wagers will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

32slotspk is committed to responsible gambling and maintains the following tools for all players:
